Kid’s Ministry

At Julia Street Community Church, we think kids are amazing! They are an important part of what God is doing in our community. Our hope is to help families to grow closer to Jesus together and create a space in which children feel welcome in church.

KID’S CHURCH

On Sunday Mornings, our Children have an opportunity to learn about Jesus in a safe and fun environment.

Our Check-In process starts at the Information Booth by the front door, our children join us for the first song or two, we pray with them and dismiss them to our Sunday School downstairs.

Downstairs, they continue on in worship with a few songs, discuss a bible story, and participate in an activity that is fun and relates to the subject they’ve learned.

NURSERY

We also have a Nursery available beside the Sanctuary. It is equipped with a speaker and a window, so parents with little ones can still engage in our service.

It is staffed as often as possible, so if parents feel comfortable, they can drop-off their child at the beginning of our service.
